Position: Full Time Licensed Embalmer / Prep Room Lead
Location: Smith Family Care Center, North Little Rock

Requirements:

• Education – graduate of an accredited mortuary science program and proof of passing the National Board Exam
• Arkansas embalmers license or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mortuary environment
• Schedule does require working every other weekend and shift flexibility
• No night call (phones)
• Ability to perform all aspects of removals, embalming, storage/care, and other preparations (hair, makeup, dressing, placing decedents in caskets/viewing containers)
• Training students and apprentices
• Positive attitude and working well with others
• Desire to keep learning and follow our core values
• Solid communication skills
• Proficient in computers & technology
