Full-time Funeral Director/Embalmer

Family-owned funeral home and crematory in northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time funeral director/embalmer to provide professional and quality service to our clients. Meet us and discover why we think you'll love it here!

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited mortuary school, have passed the National Board Examination, and be ready to begin an apprenticeship or have licensure in Arkansas (or be able to reciprocate). An individual with excellent communication skills, integrity, and a passion for service is ideal for this position. Job responsibilities vary but will include duties associated with roles of embalmer, funeral director, and crematory operator, as well as preparing final arrangements, general office duties, and communicating and acting as a liaison between families and staff, ensuring client needs are met.

Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive salary will be based upon the applicant’s professional experience, quality of work, and ability to work well with others; 40 hours/week with a set schedule, Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation.

About the Company: Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory is a fourth-generation, family-owned firm established in 1934. Our single location, with an in-house crematory, handles approximately 170 cases annually. We underwent a complete renovation of public facilities in 2018 providing a modern, light, and uplifting space for celebrating lives in our community.
